TOMS RIVER – Thanks to our friends at Seaside Heights PBA Local 252, three courageous young men from Toms River received the NJSPBA Civilian Gold Medal Award for saving a life in the surf within Seaside Heights. They risked their own lives to save another. A well-deserved award for three admirable young men. Congratulations Francis Cicala, Jr, Ryan Dineen, and Luke Heagen!
