TOMS RIVER – Township police are looking for a woman who allegedly used stolen credit cards at the Toms River Target store, racking up purchases in excess of $2,000.
Police say the woman in the surviellance video screenshot apparently used the cards at the Hooper Avenue store, buying items including gift cards and high-end purchases.
