OCEAN COUNTY – A Little Egg Harbor man accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl is sentenced to one year in jail.
Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer announced that 52-year-old Marc A. Albright was sentenced Wednesday to 364 days in the Ocean County Jail as a condition of probation. Albright pleaded guilty to third-degree aggravated criminal sexual conduct charges.
Albright was arrested back in August of 2017 after he had sex with the minor.
When he’s released next year, he will have to register as a sex offender on the Megan’s Law list and will be supervised for life by the New Jersey State Parole Office.
According to a press release from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, the case was prosecuted by Senior Assistant Prosecutor Mara Brater of the Special Victim’s Unit.
