TRENTON – There were three winning tickets sold and each would bring in a $10,000 prize, the New Jersey Lottery Commission announced.
The Mega Millions jackpot is up to $139 million, but this is not what the winners will be getting. The winners are people who matched four of the five white balls and the Gold Mega Ball. The winning numbers for the Tuesday, Sept. 3 drawing were: 13, 20, 27, 61 and 62. The Gold Mega Ball was 05, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 02.
They were sold for the Tuesday, Sept. 3 drawing in the following locations:
- Rinal Convenience Store, 546 Park Ave., Freehold
- 7-Eleven, 290 S. Summit Ave., Hackensack
- Kings Rt. 1 Truck Stop, 828 Routes 1 & 9, Elizabeth
The next drawing will be held Friday, Sept. 6 at 11 p.m.
