MANCHESTER – Watering restrictions in the Eastern Service Area have been lifted today, the mayor’s office reported.
Those mandatory lawn and landscape watering restrictions are no longer in place.
“We thank all of our customers for their compliance with the summer watering restrictions. Your water conservation efforts helped control the peak water use this summer,” Mayor Kenneth Palmer said.
