OCEAN COUNTY – A Lakewood man remains behind bars accused of sexually assaulting two minors.
Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said 50-year-old Cirino “Flocka” Dominguez-Salazar of Lakewood was arrested after a joint investigation between the Lakewood Police and the Prosecutor’s Office Special Victim’s Unit.
Investigators began their probe in mid-October when one victim reported to police that she was sexually assaulted by Dominguez-Salazar starting when she was nine years old. While the investigation was happening, a second victim came forward to report similar abuse during the same time frame.
Dominguez-Salazar has been charged with aggravated sexual assault, three counts of sexual assault, attempted aggravated sexual assault, attempted sexual assault, attempted criminal sexual contact and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
He is being held at the Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing.
The Lakewood Police Department and the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Officer were assisted by the New Jersey State Police and Ocean County Sheriff’s Department.
