MANCHESTER — A serious accident involving a flipped over vehicle has closed Route 70 west near Route 539, that according to a Nixel alert issued by both the Manchester Township Police and Ocean County Sheriff’s Department.
Police said westbound traffic on Route 70 will be shut down until further notice.
