TOMS RIVER – A township man was charged with downloading child pornography, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.

Henry Ziolkowski, 56, of Toms River, was charged with Possession of Child Pornography, police said. Charges are merely accusations until proven in a court of law.

Officers were notified of his alleged activity by referrals from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children through the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which identified a residence in Toms River as the location of several uploads of child pornography. Detectives executed a search warrant on his home on July 7, seizing a computer with “numerous” images of child pornography.

Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer thanked the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crime Unit, Toms River Township Police Department, New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
