TOMS RIVER – The outgoing mayor of Atlantic City, Donald A. Guardian, will be the new business administrator, overseeing many day-to-day aspects of the town.
The Township Council passed a resolution consenting to his appointment at the last Township Council meeting. Guardian lost his re-election bid in November.
