TOMS RIVER – An indoor co-ed pickleball tournament benefiting the Toms River Police Department’s participation in the annual Police Unity Tour will be held in January at Supreme Courts in Toms River.

The event is scheduled for January 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature team-based competition, raffles, giveaways and local vendors. First-, second- and third-place teams will receive trophies, and all registered players will receive a free T-shirt.

The tournament is open to participants ages 13 and older, and players are encouraged to bring their own paddles. Teams must register with a partner, and the entry fee is $120 per team.

Proceeds from the event will help fund the Toms River Police Department’s involvement in the Police Unity Tour, which honors fallen law enforcement officers and supports their families.

The tournament will take place at Supreme Courts, located at 953 Fischer Boulevard. Registration is available online at supremecourtspickleball.com. For additional information, residents may call 732-474-PIKL.
