TOMS RIVER – New Jersey State Police have released the names of the four victims of the early morning Garden State Parkway crash, as well as more details on the incident.

Kevin Quispe-Prieto, 21, of Beachwood, Jimmy Quispe-Prieto, 23, Victor Lugo, 24, and Robert Ordenana, 23, all of Lakewood, were pronounced dead at the scene of the two-vehicle collision at mile marker 81.5, NJSP reported via Facebook.

The investigation is ongoing, but NJSP said their preliminary investigation found Kevin Quispe-Prieto was driving an Infiniti G37 sedan in the right lane when he struck the back of a tanker truck.

The four young men sustained life-threatening injuries and succumbed at the scene. The truck driver, whose identity NJSP didn’t release, suffered minor, non-life-threatening injuries.
