TOMS RIVER – Police need the public’s help to identify a man who is accused of a credit card theft at a local movie theater.
Toms River Township Police said the incident happened at the Marquee Cinemas on Route 37 on February 8.
According to police, the suspect is described as a male in his 30s, stocky build with medium/dark skin tone and dark facial hair. He was last seen wearing a Nike sweatshirt, dark colored pants, sneakers and a dark colored head wrap covering his hair.
