TOMS RIVER – The retail shopping scene in Toms River will soon be expanding with the addition of a Burlington Coat Factory.
Burlington Coat Factory will be moving into the site of the former Toys R Us in the Bey Lea Plaza in Toms River. This location is set to make its grand opening on October 2, 2019, according to a representative from Burlington Coat Factory.
