Southern Ocean Wawa Location Closes Due To COVID-19

LITTLE EGG HARBOR – A Wawa in Little Egg Harbor has temporarily closed its doors to the public due to one employee testing positive for COVID-19.

There was a sign posted at the location on Mathistown Road noting that the closure was in line with the corporate office’s protocols on safety.

The store will be cleaned before being reopened, according to the sign. Employees might be brought in from other locations. Customers have said that the gas pumps were still open.
