STAFFORD – A crash Tuesday morning landed two injured persons in the hospital, authorities said.
The accident occurred around 8 a.m. Feb. 12 at Route 72 and Barnacle Drive. The persons injured were taken to Southern Ocean Medical Center.
Authorities are reminding motorists that there is no left turn coming out of Barnacle Drive onto Route 72. Signs and cement island were installed over the summer to prevent left turns, but they still happen, often with bad results.
