“Maintaining your heart health can seem complicated,” said Samir Jain, MD, FACC, Board Certified Cardiologist, Community Medical Center. “It takes many steps, like staying active, eating healthy, controlling your cholesterol and blood pressure, and staying up-to-date on the heart health news. The “Heart to Heart” panel gives us the opportunity to simplify heart health for people in a way that they can incorporate into their everyday lives.”

In addition to the panel discussion, light dinner will be provided. Registration for this free event is required and seating is limited. An optional $10 donation to support Community Medical Center’s cardiac education programs is suggested.
