BRICK – Brick Township Police are asking residents for surveillance footage to help them get information after a rash of car burglaries hit the Midstreams area.

Many burglaries and several stolen vehicles were reported Tuesday night.

Police are asking anyone east of Jordan Road—Harbor Road, Hartford Place, Cedar Stream Place, Shadow Way, Robin Hood Road, Midwood Drive, Field Place, Joie Place, Nicholas Road, Carrol Fox Road, and surrounding areas—that have surveillance cameras, to review footage for “suspicious persons and criminal activity.”

Anyone who finds anything noteworthy is asked to call Det. Sgt. James Burgess at 732-262-1116.

They are also asking residents to keep their car doors locked, and to not leave key fobs and valuables in vehicles.
