SEASIDE HEIGHTS – A 36-year-old man had to be airlifted to the hospital after a stabbing incident in Seaside Heights, police said.
Seaside Heights Police found the victim around 3 a.m. on April 8 at the 100 block of J Street. The victim allegedly suffered from multiple stab wounds in his stomach. A medevac crew took the man to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune. The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office and Sheriff’s Department CSI were notified.
Around the same time, a woman was reported entering Seaside Heights Police Headquarters with a severe cut. Police have yet to determine if the injuries were related.
At this time, investigation remains active and ongoing.
