TRENTON – Several Ocean and Monmouth County residents are among New Jersey’s latest big lottery winners, sharing in more than $7 million in prizes won statewide from October 6 through October 12, according to the New Jersey Lottery.

In Ocean County, luck struck twice on the same week.
A $50,000 Powerball ticket for the October 6 drawing was sold at ShopRite #609 on Route 9 in Lanoka Harbor. Later in the week, another $50,000 Powerball ticket for the October 11 drawing was purchased at Robin’s Convenience on Atlantic City Boulevard in Beachwood. In addition, an Ocean County player won $3 million through the Jackpocket app in the October 7 Mega Millions drawing. Officials didn’t release the location of where that big winning ticket was sold.

In Monmouth County, a Jersey Cash 5 ticket worth $1,908,863 matched all five numbers in the October 7 drawing, sold at 7-Eleven #11022 on Pine Brook Road in Tinton Falls. Another Monmouth player won $10,000 playing Jackpot Millions on October 11, purchased at EZ Quick on Leonardville Road in Belford.
