FORKED RIVER – Attorney Stephen E. Parrey has joined Dasti & Staiger as an associate, the law firm announced.
Parrey has more than 10 years of experience in civil, criminal and appellate law. His background includes cases involving personal injury, employment disputes, government liability claims, civil rights and general liability.
He has also counseled county and municipal governments on public contracts, zoning applications and construction-related appeals. In New Jersey’s criminal and municipal courts, Parrey has represented clients in cases that the firm said frequently ended in dismissals, diversion programs or reduced charges.
“Stephen’s broad legal experience and familiarity with both public and private matters make him a strong addition to our team,” Managing Partner Christopher Dasti said in a statement.
Parrey received a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Monmouth University in 2011 and earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark in 2014.
He was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 2015, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2018 and the U.S. Supreme Court in 2023. Parrey is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and served as one of its trustees from 2024 through 2026.
Outside the office, Parrey enjoys snowboarding, visiting the Jersey Shore and supporting Philadelphia sports teams, particularly the Flyers.
