TOMS RIVER – Join WCHR’s (105.7 The Hawk) Andy Chase as he goes above and beyond to fundraise for children with cancer and their families for the 20th Ocean of Love Radiothon.

Chase will be living atop a 30’ platform in the Lowes/Target parking lot, located at 1331 Hooper Avenue in Toms River, for the week of Oct. 22-26 to raise money for local organization Oceans of Love.

During this time, people can stop by to see Chase and make a donation that will benefit local children with cancer. Donations can also be made at oceanoflove.org, or by calling 732-270-3500.

Oceans of Love will use all funds raised to help local families affected by cancer. The funds will be distributed immediately.

In its 20-year lifespan, the radiothon has raised over $2 million.

“The funds raised do so much more than provide financial relief for the families.  It gives families a safe place to go for companionship, understanding and support,” said Ocean of Love Director Theresa Segui.

“I am honored to be part of the Radiothon once again. Ocean of Love is very important to our community, and it’s important that we raise this money,” said Chase. “Every year I am extremely humbled by the way our community comes together with the outpouring of love, support and money.”
