MANCHESTER – Township police are hoping the public can help identify a man accused of credit card fraud down in Southern Ocean County.
Manchester Township Police released a screenshot of surveillance footage from inside the Home Depot on Route 72 in Manahawkin.
The man is accused of using a stolen credit card that he took from a Manchester resident. He was last seen wearing a North Face Hoodie and no mask inside the store.
