MANCHESTER – Two students were recently recognized for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout.
The Manchester Township Board of Education honored Zachary Doctor and Anthony Durkin for achieving the prestigious rank, the highest rank in Boy Scouts.
Doctor’s project involved sprucing up the World War II Veterans Memorial Park in Whiting. He updated its landscaping and rebuilt benches.
Durkin highlighted the dangers and benefits of social video in a video he made to show incoming sixth grade parents at Manchester Township Middle School.
