MANCHESTER — Two people were hospitalized after a pair of utility terrain vehicles crashed Saturday night in a wooded area off Webbs Mill Road, police said.
The crash happened around 10:10 p.m. near the intersection of Pasadena Road, where officers found one black Polaris UTV with heavy front-end damage after striking a tree and a green Polaris UTV overturned behind it, according to Manchester Township Police.
Investigators said both vehicles were heading south on Webbs Mill Road when the black Polaris suddenly veered off the trail, hitting a tree. The green Polaris, following close behind, collided with the rear of the first vehicle and overturned.

Police identified the driver of the black Polaris as 53-year-old John Kabouchy of Jackson and his passenger as 51-year-old Jennifer Wilczynski, also of Jackson. The second vehicle was driven by 31-year-old Andrew Kutchens of Whiting.
Wilczynski and Kutchens suffered significant injuries and were treated at the scene before being transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center, where they were listed in stable condition, police said.
Manchester Township EMS, Robert Wood Johnson paramedics, and Accurate Towing assisted at the scene. The crash remains under investigation by Patrolman Gainey of the department’s Traffic Safety Unit.
