Jackson Vaccination Clinic Rescheduled For May 10

  JACKSON – A vaccination clinic for the Johnson and Johnson single-dose shot has been rescheduled following its pause last month due to safety concerns.

  The clinic will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. on May 10 at the Jackson Senior Center. The Johnson & Johnson vaccine which has been approved by health care agencies requires only one dose unlike the Moderna and Pfizer shots.

  Jackson residents 16 years old and older are eligible. No health insurance is necessary.

  Registration is required as there are a limited number of vaccines available at this time. All others will be placed on a waiting list. There will be no walk-ins accepted.
