BRICK — Brick Police are urging motorists to plan an alternate route due to a condominium fire on Route 35.
The department released a Nixle alert traffic advisory at approximately 4 p.m. stating that emergency crews are working to distinguish a fire along Route 35 near Brick Beach 3 at the Ocean Club Condominiums.
The alert noted that Route 35 northbound is closed near the fire while emergency crews respond.
“Please help us out by avoiding the area so we can get apparatuses and crew safely, and quickly in and out of the scene,” police stated.
