CRANBURY – A 60-year-old Lakewood man died after his box truck crashed into the back of a tractor-trailer, State Police confirmed.
The accident occurred around 12:15 a.m. Tuesday at mile marker 71.4 on the New Jersey Turnpike.
The box truck driver, Julius Bassie, was pronounced dead at the scene. The unnamed driver of the tractor-trailer was uninjured.
