BERKELEY – Local and state authorities are investigating a boat accident on the Barnegat Bay.
Ocean County Scanner News was the first to report the incident that apparently took place in the 8’oclock hour Wednesday night.
The accident involving the watercraft took place near the Martell’s Waters Edge Restaurant on Whitecap Way.
Berkeley Township Police and members of the New Jersey State Police Marine Services Bureau were on the scene immediately following the crash.
According to social media chatter, all of the victims are accounted for. Ocean County Scanner News said one man was complaining of neck pain and unable to move his legs.
