Bayville Man Arrested For DWI In Lanoka Harbor

LANOKA HARBOR – A Bayville man was arrested and charged with DWI Oct. 14.

At 12:06 a.m., Lacey Township Police Officer Michael Baldasari stopped a vehicle on Route 9 North and Warren Avenue.

That stop led to the arrest of 29-year-old Pedro Vivas-Lopez. He was charged with DWI, and also received summonses for DWI, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, and failure to exhibit documents—insurance.

His vehicle was impounded as per John’s Law.
