TOMS RIVER – A Brick Township man accused of several home burglaries in Toms River has been apprehended.
Toms River Township Police confirm 28-year-old Davon Cody has been charged in connection with break-ins in the North Dover section of town. Police said they happened between November 12th and 14th.
Surveillance video from the inside the victim’s homes was how police made the positive identification.
Police said Cody is accused of breaking into houses on Pheasant Hollow, Longest Drive and Vincenzo Drive.
Thanks to New Jersey’s recent bail reform laws,Cody was released on a summons pending a court appearance.
