Toms River Police Seek Tips In Wawa Robbery

TOMS RIVER — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man who robbed the Wawa at 179 Route 37 East around 12:18 a.m. November 9.

Investigators said the suspect is a Black male in his early 20s, about 5 feet 6 inches tall with a thin build and long dreadlocks. He was last seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt and a face covering.

The incident was captured by the camera inside the store
