Toms River Police Probe Gas Station Armed Robbery

TOMS RIVER – Toms River Police are looking for a white male wanted in connection with an armed robbery early Thursday morning.

After midnight July 5, this male entered the Shell Gas Station at Routes 9 and 571. He showed a gun and demanded the clerk empty the cash register. He fled with an undetermined amount of money.

Police say the suspect is a white male, in his late 20s or early 30s, with a reddish beard, who was wearing a backpack and all dark clothing.
