ISLAND HEIGHTS — The Ocean County Artists’ Guild will spotlight patriotic themes during its upcoming biannual members’ exhibition this weekend at its gallery on Chestnut Avenue.
The show, titled “America: 250 Years,” will feature works inspired by the nation’s history and heritage as the country approaches its semiquincentennial. Guild officials said the exhibit will highlight a range of artistic interpretations reflecting the American experience.
An opening reception is scheduled for February 15 from 1 to 4 p.m. The public is invited to attend and meet participating artists while viewing the collection.
The guild is located at 22 Chestnut Ave.
