LACEY – A Bayville man was arrested for shoplifting nearly $100 of merchandise from the local WalMart, police stated.
On April 20, police responded to the Lacey WalMart for a report of a shoplifter that fled from loss prevention. Shortly after, an officer noticed a car speeding away from behind the Walmart and conducted a motor vehicle stop.
Officers identified Jeffrey Styles, Jr. as the shoplifter. The traffic stop recovered $99.83 in stolen merchandise. Styles was then transported to the Ocean County Correctional Facility.
