LITTLE EGG HARBOR – Authorities are investigating a hit-and-run crash that claimed the life of a 68-year-old man in the wee hours of the morning.
Police said Domenico Russano Jr., of Little Egg Harbor Township, was struck by a vehicle around 4 a.m. November 5 near the intersection of Center Street and Oak Lane.
The driver did not stop and fled the scene.
Russano died from his injuries, police said.
Investigators have not yet released a description of the vehicle or its driver.
The Little Egg Harbor Township Police Department continues to investigate the incident and urges anyone with information to come forward.
