STAFFORD – The Stafford Township Police Department recently issued several warrants for Lewdness, Burglary and more.

On January 17, police received a report of an act of lewdness in the local Target parking lot. Officers were able to identify the suspect as James G. Doll, 48, of Howell.

As a result, a warrant was issued for Doll and he was subsequently arrested the following day. He was charged with 4th Degree Lewdness and was lodged in Ocean County Jail.

On January 18, detectives issued a warrant for the arrest of 24-year-old Quaison M. Ellis of Barnegat, for Burglary, Criminal Mischief, and Theft.

Back in September 2022, a car was burglarized at the Stafford Park Apartments. According to police, Ellis was responsible for the crime and subsequently was charged.

Charges are merely accusations until proven in a court of law.
