LANOKA HARBOR – Lacey Township Police arrested a Bayville man for DWI, among other charges.
Officers Martin Julian and Christopher Meyler responded to a motor vehicle accident 3:24 a.m. Nov. 25 at Hilltop Drive.
After investigating, police arrested Filiberto Sacramento, 30, and charged him with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, and failure to maintain lane.
His vehicle was impounded as per John’s Law.
