WARETOWN – A Manahawkin man was arrested on drug charges following a suspicious person investigation on Route 9 and the Bay Parkway, according to police.
Michael Wiston, 49, was arrested on Nov. 20 and charged with possession of CDS, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wiston was also to have three no bail warrants for his arrest issued by the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department.
He was processed by the Ocean Township Police Department and later transported to the Ocean County Jail.
