LACEY – A van stolen from outside Medicine To Go pharmacy was later recovered, and all of the owners’ belongings were still inside.
Police said the van was stolen on Monday, Feb. 3 from the rear of Medicine To Go, 524 Lacey Rd. Surveillance videos were able to record the suspect and the direction he travelled.
They said they were able to find the van in a commercial parking lot on Route 72 three days later. The van was undamaged and all of the owner’s belongings were inside.
This led to the arrest of Brian Kelly, 41, of Forked River on Feb. 12. He was charged with Theft of a Motor Vehicle and Theft of Prescription Medication.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
