LITTLE EGG HARBOR – The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office announced the arrest of a local man who allegedly had child pornography on his computer.
Dale Brian Ferraro, 24, was arrested July 18 and charged with one count of possession of child pornography after an investigation by the prosecutor’s office High Tech Crime Unit, Little Egg Harbor police, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations.
The charge comes from a forensic preview of his computer equipment, police said.
The prosecutor’s office reminds readers that defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
