LACEY – Police reported that a man driving a golf cart up to a fast food drive-through window was under the influence.
Henry Fallas, 42, had driven up to a drive-through window on Route 9 in a golf cart. It was close to midnight on January 27, police said. He attempted to place an order.
Police responded and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, and Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test.
Charges are merely accusations until proven in a court of law.
