FORKED RIVER – A Bayville man was charged with burglary Sunday night.
Jason L. Jurczyk, 25, was charged with multiple counts of third-degree burglary and theft of moveable property. He also had an outstanding warrant from Seaside Heights. He was taken to Ocean County Jail. On Feb. 10, Lacey Township Police officers Jason Lee and Jesse Dalziel responded to a report of someone entering vehicles around Normandie Drive.
The description of the suspect matched Jurczyk, who was found by police inside Wendy’s at 301 Route 9.
