Apartment Dwellers Arrested For Heroin Possession

  LITTLE EGG HARBOR – Four people residing in the same apartment complex have been charged for obtaining heroin.

  Officers of the Little Egg Harbor Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit and Patrol Division were holding a narcotics investigation in the parking lot of the Walnut Estates Apartment Complex on Vincent Court when they found hypodermic needles and a quantity of heroin.

  Frank A. Hernandez, 53, Jessica A. Hernandez, 23, and Gina M. Hernandez, 26, of Little Egg Harbor were charged with possession of heroin, possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance and tampering with physical evidence. The three are currently lodged in the Ocean County Jail and are pending future court affairs.

  Police also charged Elaine Hazard of Little Egg Harbor with conspiracy to possess a controlled dangerous substance and she was released pending future court proceedings.
