BARNEGAT – A Quick Draw ticket sold at a Barnegat convenience store won $144,572 in Tuesday’s drawing, New Jersey Lottery officials said.
The $2 ticket, which captured 20% of the Quick Draw Progressive Jackpot, was purchased at Pick It Plus, 886 W. Bay Avenue in the Settler’s Landing plaza, lottery officials said.
The current estimated Progressive Jackpot now stands at more than $579,000.
The Quick Draw Progressive Jackpot is awarded when all nine “Your Jackpot Numbers” printed at the bottom of a ticket match the numbers drawn. The percentage of the jackpot won depends on the wager amount per draw, with a $2 ticket earning 20% of the total.
