Trenton Man Faces Prison For Heroin Distribution

TRENTON – A Trenton man was indicted in connection with seizure of 15,000 doses of heroin by the New Jersey State Police and U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration Monmouth High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Task Force, the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office said Wednesday.

Ranall Robinson, 23, was charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a schoo, and possession of heroin with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park.

Authorities discovered Robinson was allegedly selling drugs out of his 500-block Hermitage Avenue home. He was arrested April 5, 2017. Authorities seized 310 bricks of heroin (a brick contains 50 single-dose envelopes of heroin).

If convicted, Robinson is facing decades in prison and fines exceeding $500,000.
