OCEAN COUNTY – At least it’s not snow. That’s the feeling of many all across the tri-state area as a heavy ban of rain and wind hits our area. The weather is expected to be bad for the rest of the day into the nighttime hours.

Flooding is already a problem all over the shore, especially in low-lying areas and places like LBI.

According to both JCP&L and Atlantic City Electric, thousands are without power.

Police are directing traffic on Route 70 intersections as traffic lights are out in such areas as Manchester by the landfill and in Toms River at Whitesville, Massachusetts and other intersections along Route 70.
