Foster Homes And Adopting Families Needed For Local Pets

JERSEY SHORE – The Monmouth County SCPA has more than 30 puppies in foster right now that are ready to leave their mothers and need just a couple of weeks in a home.

The SCPA provides everything you need. A short commitment is all they ask for. It’s OK if other pets or children are in the home. It would be ideal, but not required, if someone is home all the time.

“Between cruelty cases, surrenders, strays and our high-risk transport rescues – we are in need of foster homes for our babies,” they said.

If you have room in your heart and home for a group of foster puppies – shoot us an email at fostering@monmouthcountyspca.org

Guy (Photo courtesy Jersey Shore Animal Center)

Guy is about 2 years old, 60 pounds and he is hoping we can help him find his forever home.

Guy is a hound/pyrenees mix with the most gorgeous coat. He is a gentle boy who loves his walks and playing with his toys. He plays with his girlfriend Nova here at the shelter. Guy keeps his kennel clean as well. We think he will be an awesome addition to your home. Please stop in or fill out an online app today.

You can view this pet and more at jerseyshoreanimalcenter.org.
