Five Ocean County Residents Arrested In Seaside Drug Bust

  SEASIDE HEIGHTS – Five Ocean County residents were arrested on drug charges following a search at a residence in Seaside Heights last week that seized amounts of heroin, cocaine, and marijuana.

  On May 16, Seaside Heights Police executed a search warrant at 250 (b) Hancock Avenue where they found and arrested three of the five individuals. The remaining two were located later on.

  At the residence on Hancock Ave., police arrested:

  • Edward Boyer, 37, of Lacey Township: charged with three counts of possession of CDS, two counts of possession of CDS with the intent to distribute, two counts of distribution of CDS, Possession of CDS with intent (school zone), Possession of CDS with intent (recreation zone), and obstructing the administration of law.

  • Robert Hudson, 40, of Seaside Heights: charged with two counts possession of CDS, two counts possession of CDS with the intent to distribute, Possession with intent (school zone), Possession with intent (recreation zone), Possession of CDS paraphernalia, and Possession of a hypodermic syringe.

  • Lisa Grasso, 53, of Seaside Heights, arrested on an outstanding Toms River Municipal Court Warrant.

  These three individuals were transported and lodged at the Ocean County Jail. Not present at the Hancock Avenue residence were Cheryl Worman and Vincent Parker.

  Worman, 40, of Seaside Heights was arrested on May 17 at the Mark III Motel by Detective Michael McCurdy. She was charged with Possession of CDS and Conspiracy to distribute and later released on a summons.

Vincent Parker, 32, of Seaside Heights was arrested on May 19 on the 200 block of Hancock Avenue by Ptl. Joseph DiGiovanni. He was charged with two counts possession of CDS, two counts possession of CDS with the intent to distribute, Possession with intent (school zone), Possession with intent recreation zone), Possession of CDS paraphernalia, and Possession of a hypodermic syringe. Parker was arrested and later transported to the Ocean County Jail.

Detectives from the Seaside Heights Police Department were assisted in the investigation by DEA’s Atlantic City Resident Office, Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Strike Force, Ocean County Regional SWAT Team and the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department K9 Units.
