TOMS RIVER — This past fall on the Jersey Shore was an eventful one, highlighted by an appearance in town by none other than celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay.

In October, word got around fast that Ramsay was in town filming at a local Toms River restaurant for an episode of his popular restaurant makeover show.

Soon locals will finally get to see what he was up to behind closed doors when his Fox show “24 Hours To Hell And Back” airs its third season in January!

On Jan. 7, tune in to see Ramsay’s makeover of Caneda’s White Rooster, a Cuban restaurant located on Fischer Blvd. in Toms River.

Gordon Ramsay’s “24 Hours to Hell and Back” follows Ramsay on a road trip across the country in his “Hell On Wheels” truck that also serves mobile kitchen. Ramsay and his staff have 24 hours to makeover a restaurant in need while the truck transforms into a training ground for the chefs.
