FREEHOLD – Monmouth County is marking the start of summer with the launch of its brand new tourism website. The Monmouth County Tourism website, tourism.visitmonmouth.com, provides residents with a user-friendly experience while showcasing all the best parts of the County.

“The summer is the perfect time to launch the new Tourism website. This website places information for residents and visitors alike right at their fingertips,” said Freeholder Director Thomas A. Arnone. “This website highlights the best of Monmouth County Tourism and offers something for everyone.”

The site includes vibrant images, interactive maps and an events calendar to let residents know what’s happening around Monmouth County. One of the newest features is the “Plan Your Trip” function. “Plan Your Trip” allows users to see all of the places to stay, eat and shop while visiting.

The new site also includes image links to upcoming events, conveniently located right on the homepage. You can click on the images and find a full list of all the events happening throughout the year and an interactive map that guides to the exact location of the events.

Monmouth County not only offers over 50 miles of bay and oceanfront beaches, but there are also various historical sites, beautiful parks, golf courses, eateries and night life options to please everyone.
